To secure your Camp Rockford pet care reservation, we require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit is necessary to guarantee your spot and the dedicated care your pets deserve. We understand that plans may change, and while the deposit is non-refundable, it will be applied toward your total reservation cost. Due to being a small-scale pet care provider our space is very limited and that means we are passing up all new reservations for the same dates, losing income would be devastating. We thank you for understanding.
Here's how the process works:
Reservation Deposit: To secure your reservation, please submit the non-refundable deposit:
Standard Dates: $100 Deposit - What if your stay is only one night and the total amounts to less than $100? We will require a non-refundable payment in full to reserve your request as the deposit.
Holiday Dates: 50% of the total visit
You can make this payment through your usual method, preferably Zelle. Once paid your pet's reservation for the specified dates is completed. Zelle and Venmo accounts can be found via our email address. We can also send you an invoice to pay via credit card (with applicable processing fees 3.32% + $2).
Full Reservation Payment: The remaining balance of your pet's holiday care, minus the deposit, will be due at the time of drop-off rather than at pick-up. If there are any extensions to your pet’s stay due to inclement weather delaying flights/travel remaining balance can be paid at pick-up.
