1. Please complete the below form to send a new request or to adjust/edit an existing request (adding days/time to the start or end of a visit).

2. If your pet is in our care and you will be arriving earlier than expected or running behind for drop-off or pick-up, please text us.

3. Last Day Fee Schedule Reminder:

   1. Pick Up by 9 AM = No Additional Charge

   2. Pick Up between 9 AM and 3 PM = Half Day Fee

   3. Pick Up after 3 PM = Full Day Fee

Reminders:

Reminder of what to bring for your pet’s stay:

1. Food – Please pack enough food for your pet’s planned stay, plus a little extra in case of delays or winter weather.
   • Please do not bring whole manufacturer bags unless your pet’s stay is extended and that quantity is needed.
   • Food can be pre-portioned per meal or packed in larger zip-top bags.
   • All food must arrive in sealed containers.
   We provide bowls, measuring cups, etc., so there’s no need to bring those items (they’re easy to forget on pickup).

2. Medication – Bring all medication in its original prescription bottle, which is clearly labeled with your pet’s name, medication name, and dosage instructions.

3. Collar/Harness & Leash – All guests must arrive on a leash with a well-fitting collar or harness.
   • Provide a martingale or harness if you book with walks.

4. Personal Items – Please do not bring blankets, toys, or beds.

Please submit any additions (new days before start or at end of stay) to previously booked dates via the appropriate form above to reserve their care.
If you only need to change the drop off or pick up time or shorten their stay, please e-mail us that new information.
