We are so glad you want to become part of our Camp Rockford family.
To complete our onboarding process we need three steps completed:
1.) Review and Sign our Terms of Service Form
2.) Complete our Stay Information Form to ensure we provide the best care possible to your family member. This form is where you will upload a copy of your pet(s) up-to-date vaccines for our insurance Rabies, Bordetella, Lepto, and either DAPP or DHPP (or DHLPP combination) and proof of Negative Fecal Exam result.
We will confirm when these steps are completed & any upcoming requests will be confirmed via calendar event invitations.
In the event notes area we place the total payment for the visit (pending any unforeseen changes to your return). As well as our payment email address to add us to your account.
Once the above process is done, you can use our rebooking link for any future requests. This link lives in our menu. We require all requests to go through our forms, we send over calendar invites as confirmation, or email you to alert you that we aren't available on those dates: https://camprockford.com/return-client-booking
Payments are due by the end of care, before pick up. We have Zelle and Venmo (QR codes below); Good ole cash/check are accepted; or we can send an invoice for you to pay by credit card (with additional processing fees).
We suggest downloading Google Photos App if your pet will be a regular in our care, we use that to share videos and pictures of their time in our home.
What to bring for your pet’s stay:
) Food – Please pack enough food for your pet’s planned stay, plus a little extra in case of delays or winter weather.
• Do not bring manufacturer bags (i.e. large bags of food over 10 lbs.) unless your pet’s stay is extended and that quantity is needed.
• Food can be pre-portioned per meal or packed in larger zip-top bags.
• We provide bowls, measuring cups, etc., so there’s no need to bring those items (they’re easy to forget on pickup).
• All food must arrive in sealed containers.Medication – Bring all medication in its original prescription bottle, which is clearly labeled with your pet’s name, medication name, and dosage instructions.
Collar/Harness & Leash – All guests must arrive on a leash with a well-fitting collar with their tags/ID. If they need their harness, that's also requested, but we have had several dogs arrive without any collars and in a multi-dog setting is is SUPER important everyone has collars for safety reasons.
• If your pet’s stay includes walks, please note we do not use prong collars or flat collars for walking.
• Please provide a martingale or harness instead.Personal Items – Please do not bring blankets, toys, or beds. We do not accept personal belongings with guests to prevent loss or damage.
We kindly ask that you pull up directly to our walkway for drop-off and pick-up. We keep the sidewalk shoveled all winter, and this keep things less muddy and safer (fall games of "is it a leaf or hiding poo") and drier (and saves us and the dogs from soggy feet!).
